After that you should move on to the shoulders the lower legs and then your arms I bet you have just spotted the first thing that you did wrong I bet you went straight to the arms if you ever did any weight training in the past. I know I did.

The fastest muscle growth you can experience and hence the fastest rise in metabolism is in your upper legs the thighs therefore we will start with perhaps the most effective exercise.
