The Bench Dip
The bench dip will exercise your Triceps, chest and your shoulders.

- Suspend your body between two benches or if you are beginning your feet may rest on the floor. When the exercise becomes easy place weights on your lap to make it harder.
- Breathing in through your nose slowly lower your body until the bend at your elbow is less than ninety degrees kept your elbows close to your body.
- Breathing out through your mouth return to the first position.
