The Leg Extension

The leg extension will exercise your Quads.

Leg Extension

  1. Sit with your legs under the pad holding on to the grips at the side of the machine, your lower legs should be at a ninety degree angle to your upper legs.
  2. Breathing out through your mouth and keeping your body still slowly raise the lower legs until they are straight.
  3. Breathing in through your nose after a brief pause return your legs to the ninety degree angle and repeat.
