The Leg Extension
The leg extension will exercise your Quads.

- Sit with your legs under the pad holding on to the grips at the side of the machine, your lower legs should be at a ninety degree angle to your upper legs.
- Breathing out through your mouth and keeping your body still slowly raise the lower legs until they are straight.
- Breathing in through your nose after a brief pause return your legs to the ninety degree angle and repeat.
