The Leg Press

The leg press will exercise your Quadriceps,
Hamstrings as well as your Buttocks.

Leg Press

  1. Lie back on machine and put your feet on the platform the best foot position is a shoulder width apart.
  2. Extend your legs until they are very nearly straight don’t lock your knees.
  3. Inhale through your nose as you lower the platform slowly and under control until your legs are bent at a right angle.
  4. Extend the legs again while breathing out through your nose.
  5. Most machines have locking pins which you can use for safe exit.
