The Leg Press
The leg press will exercise your Quadriceps, Hamstrings as well as your Buttocks.

- Lie back on machine and put your feet on the platform the best foot position is a shoulder width apart.
- Extend your legs until they are very nearly straight don’t lock your knees.
- Inhale through your nose as you lower the platform slowly and under control until your legs are bent at a right angle.
- Extend the legs again while breathing out through your nose.
- Most machines have locking pins which you can use for safe exit.
