The Overhead Shoulder Press
The Overhead Shoulder Press will exercise your shoulders and triceps.

- Using either machine or dumbbells with a rack, set the height of the bar so that your arms are nearly at full extension in order to reach the bar.
- Sit up straight under the barbell with your head slightly behind the bar, take hold of the bar with palms up and lift up the bar with your arms fully extended.
- Breathing in through your nose lower the bar slowly and under control until it is level with your chin.
- Breathing out lift the bar up to the 1st position using your shoulder muscles.
