First of all let us be honest with ourselves, nobody wants to be fat and if you are a woman then you can probably double that sentiment. Obesity is now approaching pandemic proportions in the western world; it is easy to see why. The food industry and the media have gone berserk with their drive for profits.

First we are bombarded with advertisements for food and especially junk food, day and night from all media but especially television. This is all very unhelpful in our quest to lose weight and lose weight fast; but there is no use moaning that it's all their fault,because they are not going to change their habits any time soon.

This course addresses the problems associated with modern living the causes of obesity and why when we do lose weight we can't keep it off. We must bare in mind that fast weight loss is perfectly possible and not anywhere near as hard as one might think.

You have to take responsibility for your own weight and the fact of the matter is, you are responsible for the fact that you are overweight.

 

How To Lose Weight Fast Our Cave Dwelling Ancestors Hold The Key

Thousands of years ago our ancestors where not fat and there was a very good reason for that, they behaved how their evolutionary cycle designed them to behave.

We no longer behave in those ways but we are still essentially the same people, our bodies tell us to eat food whenever we are in contact with it and rest whenever possible. So there you go we can all blame it on the genes, well of course not. Blaming other factors for our problem will not achieve anything.


There are still a lot of thin people about so what we have to do is to emulate them.

From now on there are a few rules to follow and some work but consider at all times our ancestors, they did not have processed foods and unnatural fats in their diet. The type of exercise they did was lots of walking with the occasional bout of high octane exercise (hunting escaping fighting etc.)

They would have done quite a bit of carrying stuff around making shelters taking home the kill and so on.

 

Remember also that our ancient ancestors while living for a shorter period enjoyed good health throughout their lives.

Now I am not suggesting that we should start running around eating only raw vegetables (although that is when they are at their most beneficial.) and I am certainly not suggesting that you start fashioning spears and heading off to the hunt.

 

But we can emulate many of those actions with our daily lives and do you know what, I bet you anything you will be a whole lot happier and healthier when you do.

The walking about is the very first thing we can do to emulate our super fit ancestors, walk to the shop instead of taking the car, in fact walk anywhere that is within 15 minutes of you. That's 15 minutes there and the same back, you have just walked for half an hour that you would not have done before, burnt of some calories, built a little muscle and your on your way.


It is small changes like this that can really change your life and your body shape.
