Starting Your Weight Loss Program

One you get started on this program you are going to eat more or less what you want and you are going to enjoy every mouth full of food. It is a common misconception that fat people enjoy their food, I have heard many people say to me “you really like your food don’t you” and worse still I have replied yes when the real truth is that I hardly ever tasted my food, in fact half the time I did not even know that I was eating it.

Think about it, how many times do you find yourself in the fridge without willing yourself to be there. How many times have you decided to have a biscuit while you are watching telly, you then reach into the packet for another one and as if by magic they are all gone.

Some of us can be sitting down watching the television or perhaps reading a book, stuffed to the gunnel’s from the last round of sandwiches planning the next assault on the refrigerator, I mean how mad is that. I know I am not alone in the fact that I have been in pain my stomach is so full and I am still eating, it is not natural. It is not clever it is however guaranteed to make you fat.

You need to learn how to be hungry without panicking; something you should start to look at is your hunger there is nothing wrong with feeling hungry, it is a normal bodily response, it is your bodies way of telling you when to eat, it is not an emergency response telling you that you are about to self combust.


I am going to say that again “there is nothing wrong with being hungry”.

Before you decide that you are hungry there is something else you should always consider it is possibly the most important lesson you will learn.
